Privacy policy

The short version
Your price book and quotes are yours. We keep them so they sync to your devices, and we use them for nothing else. No ads, no analytics, no selling data, no tracking in our emails.
What we keep
- Your account: your email address, and the time you signed up.
- What you put in the app: your business details and logo, trades, price book, settings, and your quotes, including your customers' names, addresses, phone numbers and emails. We store this so it syncs between your devices, plus one copy per day for 30 days so we can restore it if something goes wrong.
- Quotes you send as links: what the customer sees (prices and descriptions, never your hours, rates or markup), and, if they accept, the name they type, the date, and a one-way scrambled version of their internet address used only to stop abuse.
- Billing: if you subscribe, Stripe handles your card. We keep your Stripe customer number and whether your plan is active. We never see or store card numbers.
- Email settings: which emails you've turned off.
- Short-lived server logs that help us fix errors.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts the app and stores your data.
- Stripe takes payments.
- Brevo sends our emails: sign-in codes, quote acceptances and billing notices. Open and click tracking are off.
Your customers' details
When you add a customer to a quote, you decide what goes in, and we keep it on your behalf to make your quotes work. Only add details you're allowed to use, and remove them when you no longer need them.
Cookies
One cookie keeps you signed in. The app also saves a copy of your data in your browser so it works offline. Nothing is used for tracking.
Your choices
- Get a copy: Settings → Backup → Export backup.
- Turn off emails about accepted quotes: Settings → Account, or the link at the bottom of those emails.
- Delete everything: Settings → Account → Delete account. We delete your data, your daily copies and your quote links. We keep only a one-way fingerprint of your email so a new account doesn't start another free trial. Stripe keeps its own payment records as the law requires.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll email you before it takes effect.
