The service

PriceWrench helps you build price books and quotes for trade work and send them to your customers. Starter prices are placeholders, and the app is an estimating aid, not professional advice: check local codes and your own costs before you quote.

Your account

You sign in with a code sent to your email. Keep that email account secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you.

Free trial and subscription

• New accounts get a 14-day free trial. No card is needed to start.
• PriceWrench Pro costs $19 a month or $190 a year, plus any tax that applies, charged by Stripe. It renews automatically until you cancel.
• We email you before every renewal: 3 days ahead for monthly plans, 30 days ahead for yearly plans.
• Cancel any time in Settings → Account → Manage billing. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
• If a renewal payment fails, Pro stays on for up to 14 days while Stripe tries again. After that, or after a trial ends without a subscription, your account turns read-only: your data stays, and you can still export it, but you can't edit until you subscribe.

Your content

Everything you put in PriceWrench stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run the service for you. You're responsible for having the right to use your customers' details, and for what your quotes say.

Fair use

Don't use PriceWrench to break the law, send spam, or attack or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability

We work to keep PriceWrench running and your data safe, and we keep daily copies. The service is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows. Keep your own backups of anything critical (Settings → Backup).

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may end the service with at least 30 days' notice by email, giving you time to export your data.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [state], USA.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you before it takes effect.
